Individual Counselling

Individual counselling provides a safe, confidential space to explore whatever you would like to focus on; it could be worries or fears, making life decisions, navigating relationships or events, or exploring symptoms that don’t seem to have a cause.

Sessions are generally scheduled for 60 minutes and can be held in my calm space in Burnie or online.

Personally I’ve found modalities that recognise body-mind connection to have great benefits. So, in therapy, I draw from The Work of Byron Katie (thought & belief inquiry), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping), mindfulness, visualisation & non-violent communication. The principles of Systemic and Family Constellations can be called on to explore intergenerational influences.
